After more than a decade in the phone case industry, I’ve seen it all — from teens to seniors. I’ve spent years working in offline shops — repairing phones, talking directly to customers, and understanding what they truly need.

Living in Australia, I noticed a growing demand for tougher, more durable cases. But recently, things changed: people began to care just as much about how their case looked as how well it protected them. I explored the market and conducted in-depth research to find something that offered both — but it simply didn’t exist.

So I asked myself: if I understand my customers better than anyone else, why not create it myself?
