How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at cs@axiocase.com.
If the item you received is defective or incorrect, please include clear photos and a brief explanation in your initial email.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Returns sent without prior notice or without a valid reason will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused and in brand-new condition.

All original packaging and documentation must be included.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.

Please clearly write "RETURNED ITEM" on the outside of the package to avoid customs delays or misunderstandings.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.
Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?
If you’ve received a defective or incorrect product, please submit a claim by emailing us at cs@axiocase.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
