How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at cs@axiocase.com.
If the item you received is defective or incorrect, please include clear photos and a brief explanation in your initial email.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior notice or without a valid reason will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in brand-new condition.
- All packaging and documentation must be included.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Mark the package clearly with "RETURNED ITEM" on the outside to avoid customs delays or misunderstandings.
